Private and Charter Schools
Private and Charter schools tend to have more discretionary capital to work with, and that is one of the primary reasons we've identified them as a customer with substantial purchasing potential. In addition, their behavioural expectations are often higher than in the public system, both from an institutional and parental standpoint. We foresee this being our market with the biggest penetration percentage. There are 368,000 Canadian students that attend private or charter schools(Statistics Canada, 2016), and 5.8 million in the United States (NCES, 2019).

K-12 Public Schools
We acknowledge that when compared with Private and Charter schools, the public system in North America doesn't have quite the same financial flexibility, however, we believe that sheer number of schools that exist make it an appealing market to target. There are over 5 million K-12 students enrolled in Canada (Statistics Canada, 2016), and 51 million in the United States (NCES, 2019). Because of these numbers, the purchasing potential is massive, and will likely be a focus from a marketing perspective.

Even with a conservative projection of one out of every one hundred students using Focal Ed [...in North America], that would result in gross revenue of $168 million.
